It is essential all terms and conditions are followed when using the equipment. A E30 deposit is required to secure your date. This also acts as a damage deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer upon collection and checking of the equipment. Therefore please treat the equipment with respect and follow the rules of play. The full balance is due at least a week before the event
Equipment will not be set up if its raining or strong winds.
•Shade should be available as for health and safety reasons it cannot be placed in direct sunlight
•no pets on the equipment
All equipment will be set up in a clean and sanitised stated therefore any significant marks, dirt, staining or damage is made liable to the hirer for professional cleaning or repairs. Any charges need to be paid within 7 days of equipment collection. Please ensure reasonable precautions are taken to protect the equipment from; damage.
Please ensure set up is clear and clean prior to our arrival. We will require 30-60 minutes depending on package chosen to set up/pack away.
Under no circumstances do we hire out if a face painter is present or children have face paint on This is due to white equipment being susceptible to heavy staining which would ruin the equipment. Therefore please do not arrange for a face painter until after collection. If a face painter is present on set up, we will not set up and a refund will not be given
No items are to be removed from the premises and once set up it cannot be moved. All balls must be placed back into the ball pit before collection. If balls are not placed back within the ball pit, a £10 fee will be removed from the damage deposit as this adds significant time onto our collection process.
we accept no liability for any accidents or incidents whilst equipment is on hire.
please note if you cancel with less than 7 days notice, the deposit will not be refunded as we may struggle to fill the slot!
